Police are trying to identify a man who says he does not know who he is.
The man was found on 24 July at Hammersmith Broadway bus station in west London, and is currently in hospital.
Police and medical staff are increasingly concerned for his welfare and are keen to reunite him with those who know him.
He is described as Asian, 5ft 7ins (1.7m) tall, slim, with a short grey beard and short grey and black hair.
When found, he was wearing a black T-shirt with a grey striped T-shirt underneath. He was also wearing black jeans and brown sandals.
The man has no injuries and is not believed to have any medical issues other than his apparent memory loss.
